How long is my products warranty?

At Levana, we provide a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty on new products from their original date of purchase! Levana will also provide an additional 12-month limited manufacturer’s warranty to all customers who complete a product review at www.mylevana.com within 60 days of the date of purchase.

Please note, your replacement unit does not hold its own warranty and will follow the 12 month limited manufacturers warranty from the original date of purchase.
