Why won't my monitor turn on?

Please ensure that you are pressing and holding the power button until you see the white Levana Screen come on. If your monitor will not power on it may not be receiving power. Depending on your model you will find the camera and monitor power supplies are interchangeable (Mila, Astra, Keera, Lila) If you find the monitor will power on using the camera power supply, you will need to replace the monitor power adapter.
