What is Oma Sense™? How does it work?

Oma Sense was designed with WakeUp® Technology which features fluctuating vibrations, LED and audible alerts to increase baby’s response to stimulus if abdominal movement has stopped.
 
How it works:
 
Stimulation Alert

If no movement is detected for 15 seconds, Oma Sense uses a patented anti-sensory adaptation algorithm to sound an audible alarm with flashing LEDs and gentle vibration to stimulate your baby and encourage the return of regular movement.
 
 
Emergency Alarm

If movement does not return 5 seconds after the Stimulation Alert, Oma Sense sounds an emergency alarm with flashing LED lights and audible alarm to alert parents that their attention is needed. Oma Sense™ will encourage movement with a short period of vibrations, while you get to your baby. The alerts and lights will continue until the device is powered off.
 
Reassurance Indicator

If movement returns the Reassurance Indicator will return to flashing BLUE every 30 seconds and will continue to monitor baby’s movement. NOTE: Each time an alert occurs the BLUE LED will flash every 3 seconds for the first 30 seconds and then will return to every 30 seconds.
