A Letter to Our Customers Regarding Mila
It's with a heavy heart that we announce we are stopping production on Mila. After countless hours of trials and testing, we've determined that Mila has several hardware and firmware issues, rendering the monitor unreliable. While not all customers are yet experiencing this, all monitors will eventually face issues with critical features to Mila's primary functionality of monitoring your little one. We have decided to do the right thing for our Levana Family and are asking all units to be returned for a full refund.
